We were given an upgrade on arrival, however there were stairs in the apartment and as my wife is visually impaired, we asked to be moved to another room. This was done swiftly without any fuss, Valerie, Head of housekeeping Wass very understanding and helpful. The trip was for my wife's Birthday, on our return the room that night it had been decorated with balloons and a large happy birthday sign, cake and champagne were also part of the surprise. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the location is great and the room was perfect. Planning to visit again.

The breakfast is outstanding with a rich choice that should suit all wishes. A shout-out goes to the staff that truely tries to fulfill guests needs and wishes. We had a complaint and the whole team gave us the impression that they care to find a solution and make our stay a remarkable experience. For us these people made the difference between a good and an awesome weekend in Paris.

the location of the property is really good, walking distance to many good locations. the staff in the hotel were very polite & helpful, from the door welcome to all the reception staff. highlighting that the Chef Concierge Jean-Francois was more than amazing & he offered us great help in reserving tables for us in restaurants throughout our stay.

Location was great, one side you'll see the Tour Eiffel and on the other side you have Champs Elysées. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious and people from the hotel treat you so great. I will definetely recommend this hotel. My family and I loved the attention we received and the food.
