Location was fantastic and the staff were unbelievably friendly.

The hotel is very well located right in the heart of Paris. The design, comfort and cleanliness is what you would expect from a 5* boutique hotel. The breakfast is outstanding with a rich choice that should suit all wishes. A shout-out goes to the staff that truely tries to fulfill guests needs and wishes. We had a complaint and the whole team gave us the impression that they care to find a solution and make our stay a remarkable experience. For us these people made the difference between a good and an awesome weekend in Paris.

We were given an upgrade on arrival, however there were stairs in the apartment and as my wife is visually impaired, we asked to be moved to another room. This was done swiftly without any fuss, Valerie, Head of housekeeping Wass very understanding and helpful. The trip was for my wife's Birthday, on our return the room that night it had been decorated with balloons and a large happy birthday sign, cake and champagne were also part of the surprise. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the location is great and the room was perfect. Planning to visit again.
